Feeling peckish? Fancy something different? Only have two minutes to spare? Then why not make our super easy and delicious sweet and spicy cashews with just three ingredients:
– Cashew nuts
– Manuka honey
– Spiced Nutrition spices
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, heat a spoonful of manuka honey, add the cashews and sprinkle the spices over, after a minute, when the cashews start to brown, remove from the heat and leave to cool and go sticky before enjoying as a sweet but healthy snack.
