This deliciously easy and healthy super green smoothie will provide a hit of essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids as well as powerful antioxidants to leave you feeling on top of the world. For an extra shot of protein and sweetness, add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder to make it ideal for a post-gym recovery shake.
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
3 inch length of cucumber
½ a banana
250ml coconut water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender and voila, enjoy!
